This is a great teambuilding activity to break things up a bit particularly if you have had a rather heavy conference session and delivered new policies or training etc and you would like to see how much of the information has been retained or what message was delivered to your employees.
After your session break the group into teams of 5 to 10 participants. Then ask the teams to recap what they learnt and work together to design a skit, song or rap that best represents their findings.
Allow an hour for the teams to work on their piece and then each group will perform their interpretation of what they learnt in front of the entire group.
