The object of this teambuilding activity is to get all of the delegates onto one board. Working together, the group must listen to each other’s ideas and conquer the challenge by ensuring that at least one foot of every participant is on the board.
The board can be made of wood, plaster or even cardboard and the size of the board will be determined by the degree of challenge that you would like to present to the group.
If you have a larger group then split into smaller groups to complete the challenge.
Don’t give any ideas or hints to the delegates on how they can achieve this goal. Allow the group to work together and find the best solution that will get their group All Aboard.
