Buggy Rally Challenge

This team building activity is a fantastic way to get out and explore the destination or just remove teams from the office, the Buggy Rally Challenge begins with pre or randomly selected teams completing a series of challenges to find their keys! Teams will also need to work out who will be the designated buggy driver and the navigator and all team members will need to be able to problem solve, prioritise, and manage their time effectively to achieve success in the Buggy Rally Challenge. Once team members have found their keys, they receive and envelope with instructions for the next part of the challenge. The envelopes each contain clues, a camera and a questionnaire that lead the group on a journey around the island or resort, depending on where you are staying. Teams must work together to answer the questions, take photos and collate the tokens along the way. Facilitators will be placed at checkpoints to ensure that none of the teams have lost their way. The first full team back to the finish line will be awarded bonus points, however they do not automatically win the challenge. The winner of the challenge will not be known until all teams are back to the finish line and the facilitators have checked through the envelopes marking off correct questions, checked images and collated tokens. The fastest is not necessarily the greatest! Once all points are tallied the winning team of the Buggy Rally Challenge will be revealed! Depending on the time that you have available this teambuilding activity could be completed over 4 hours, half day or full day. If running a full day challenge then a central meeting place can be arranged for morning/afternoon tea as well as lunch. Suggested locations: Islands, large golf club resorts
