Car Rally Challenge

This is a fantastic team building activity to get delegates out and about exploring the destination in which you are hosting your conference.
Its especially a great option if your agenda is heavy and time is limited as you can still meet your conference objectives, whilst appeasing your employees with time out of the meeting room!
Teams of up to a maximum of 7 participants work best (however, depends on the type of vehicles that are available or you select, sedans or Tarago’s etc).
After teams have been selected, they will need to nominate a driver. This driver will be responsible for the vehicle for the duration of the activity so therefore will need to complete the necessary hire car forms, present their license and blow on a breathalyser.
Once complete, the facilitators will then brief the group on what the day will entail including the rules and regulations of a car rally.
With brief complete its time for the group to find their vehicles and get on their way. In each vehicle is an esky with bottles of water, a light snack, a disposable camera and an emergency envelope as well as a questionnaire that guides the teams along a predetermined course taking in the highlights of the destination and leads to a central meeting point for lunch. The teams will also complete physical challenges at checkpoints along the way.
Points will be awarded for correct answers, time taken to complete the course and for the most creative photos taken on the day. The winning team can be announced that evening at dinner or at the conference the next morning along with a slideshow of the images for a good laugh.
Suggested group size: up to max 100 pax (depends on hire car vehicles available)
