The likely hood of meeting everyone at a large conference would be highly unlikely so its nice to have the opportunity to say hi to everyone, albeit briefly.
Have your group form two large circles, one in the middle and one on the outer edge. Have the delegates in each circle take one step in opposite directions. For example the outer circle will step to the left and the inner circle will step to the right.
Keep this going slowly until all delegates have completed a full circle and greeted each other.
