Break your group into teams of 5 and have them write down anything that they feel needs to be addressed. Topics such as ideas to increase sales, addressing low staff morale, reaching a wider audience with your brand etc
Supply each group with balloons (all balloons should be the same colour for all groups), a piece of paper and a pen. Have the groups write their challenges on the paper, then fold and place the paper inside the balloon. Ideally each group would come up with a minimum of 2 challenges. Once complete all groups are requested to blow up the balloons and toss them in the air.
Each group then captures a new balloon and takes the challenge they have received away to build on it. Allow an hour to build and work on the challenge and then each team will present the challenge and their findings to the entire group.
