As the group arrives at the venue they are welcomed by 2 character actors posed on each side of the entrance, one dressed in a white & blue snow ice bodysuit holding an ice trident and the other dressed in a red fire bodysuit holding a pitchfork. 


On entering the pre-dinner bar area that’s scattered with a mix of red and white sofas and pedestal tables, participants are offered a choice of fire red (cinnamon) or ice blue (blue Curacao) martinis. Wait staff circle with trays of canapés and a fantastic fire eating and twirling performance keeps the group entertained through pre-dinners.


After the performance its time to move on for dinner with the character actors leading participants into the main dining venue through a burning ring of fire and a ice cave/igloo entrance.


Inside, the venue has been transformed into a fire and ice haven and the band enhances the mood playing welcoming music as participants take their seats.


Ice tables are set with white tablecloths and ice blue overlays complete with icicle floral centerpieces of white and blue flowers set in a clear cut glass vase. The base of the vase is lit with tea lights that shoot up through the flowers giving an ice chip effect.


Fire tables are set with red tablecloths and red sheer overlays complete with red berry bush floral centerpieces and stark branches in glass vases that are up lit with tea lights giving the effect of fire shooting up through the flowers.


Dinner this evening is a Fire & Ice Buffet with an abundance of fresh seafood and salads served from an ice sculpture buffet and fresh cuts of beef, chicken, fish and vegetables served from the flaming BBQ buffet.


After desert its time to get really get the party started and light the night up with the entrance of our salsa dancers.  Participants will have the option to heat up the dance floor after this amazing performance and enjoy a bit of tango or salsa. After this fun and lively performance the band ups the tempo and has participants dancing the night away,
