Walk the Red Carpet and shine like a star!

On arrival burly bodyguards greet participants and so to does the flashes of the shutter happy paparazzi as they walk the red carpet with silver stances and red velvet ropes holding back the frenzied crowds of onlookers.
Entering the cocktail area that’s scatted with directors chairs, cameras, lounges, and dry bars many famous faces greet participants as cocktail waitresses in abundance offer Martinis, Cosmopolitans, Champagne and canapés, ensuring the catering to the stars of tonight’s every whim.
At conclusion of pre-dinners its time for the Hollywood Night of Nights to get into full swing and as the ballroom doors open for our VIPS to enter the curtains literally rise. A spotlight shines on each star as they enter and the MC announces their arrival as ushers show them to their table. A large screen backdrop with movie clips from the past 10 years (or alternatively this can be footage from your previous company awards nights) is projected with accompanying theme song music.
Tables scream elegance and awards this evening and are dressed with crisp black tablecloths and stunning iridescent sheer overlays that are sprinkled with gold and silver glitter and completed with tall gold Oscar statuette centrepieces (or your company logo made into a gold statuette), whilst chairs are covered in black chair covers and finished off with gold chair ties.
A delicious 3-course dinner is served to the table as the band plays light background music with the awards set to commence shortly after entrée is cleared.
As the awards are presented over the course of the dinner, cameras flash and live thank you speeches are feed onto the big screen.
With formalities over its time for our VIPS to let their hair down and as stage pyros go off the floor in front of the stage moves away to reveal a black and white dance floor that combined with the stone effect pillars and overhead trellis transforms the dance floor into what feels like a set from a Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers classic film while the band begins to play.
